Straps

Woven straps are covered for life against manufacturing defects.

This covers the woven straps that ship in the box, for life, against manufacturing defects.

Tracker

The tracker is covered for 2 years, plus a third year when you register it in the Joova app.

The tracker is the module in the strap. Register it in the Joova app to add the third year. You can also submit the warranty form. Until it is registered, coverage is 2 years.

How a claim works

1. Submit the warranty form with your order number and what failed.
2. We confirm coverage and reply within 6 to 24 hours.
3. When a replacement is due, we ship it first, then you send the original back.

You can also email hello@joova.tech. On a covered claim inside the United States, Joova pays the replacement shipping. Misuse, water beyond the stated rating, and unauthorized repair are not covered. Lawyer review is still pending.
