Charge the band with the magnetic cable before the first wear. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Open the Joova app and follow the pairing steps. Fasten the silver buckle so the tracker sits flat.

Use lasts up to 20–30 days per charge. Battery life varies with settings and use.
